PVDF Composite Loose Nanofiltration Membrane Based on Mixed Amine and Its Application in the Treatment of Dye Wastewater
In order to effectively separate dyes and salts from dye wastewater and promote the recycling of dyes, the article explores the effect of GAZ/PEI on the microstructure, surface roughness, filtration performance and its application in the treatment of simulated reactive black 5(RB5)dye wastewater during the preparation of PVDF composite loose nanofiltration membranes by a combination of co-deposition and interfacial polymerisation. The results showed that with the increase of GAZ/PEI,the surface nodules of membranes, the thickness of the selected layer, the surface roughness and the PEG800 retention rate decreased, while the pure water flux and the dye wastewater flux increased. When GAZ/PEI was 9/91,the membrane performance was the best.Compared with single amine, the fluxes of pure water and dye wastewater were increased by 91.6%and 109.1%,respectively.The retention rates of RB5 and NaCl were 94.3%and 2.1%,respectively.During the running time, the PVDF composite loose nanofiltration membranes based on mixed amine showed good running stability.
