超临界CO2萃取杉木屑精油工艺研究及其成分分析

采用正交实验确定超临界 CO2 萃取杉木屑精油最佳工艺条件,用气相色谱-质谱联用法分析其化学组成。结果表明,杉木屑精油萃取最佳条件为:萃取温度40℃、萃取压力30 MPa、萃取时间 2 h、杉木用量100 g、粒度40目~60 目,此条件下,精油得率2。55%。气相色谱-质谱法共检测出100 个峰,鉴定出67 种化合物,占该精油总量的69。29%,其中柏木醇(46。16%)、泪杉醇(4。53%)、乙酸柏木酯(2。86%)、α-松油醇(2。17%)、α-毕橙茄醇(1。83%)、α-柏木烯(1。36%)等含量比较高。
Extraction Technology of Essential Oil from Sawdust of Chinese-fir by Supercritical Carbon Dioxide and Analysis of Components
The orthogonal experiment was used to determine the optimal process conditions for supercritical CO2 extraction of Chinese fir sawdust essential oil,and its chemical composition was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:extraction temperature 40℃,extraction pressure 30 MPa,extraction time 2 h,dosage 100 g of Chinese fir wood and particle size 40~60 mesh.Under these conditions,the yield of essential oil was 2.55%.67 compounds were detected and 100 peaks were identified by GC-MS in essential oil,accounting for 69.29%of the total weight of essential oil.The main compounds of Chinese fir sawdust essential oil were cedar wood alcohol(46.16%),Chinese fir tears alcohol(4.53%),cedryl acetate(2.86%),alpha terpineol(2.17%),alpha bi orange tomato alcohol(1.83%),alpha cedrene(1.36%).
