为探讨有机硅及交联体系对丙烯酸树脂抗涂鸦功能的影响,本研究以长链有机硅Silok 3572为改性剂,以二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(EGDMA)为内交联体系,以从甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)中引入羟基与异氰酸酯类交联剂WinWin ET 3655固化作用为外交联体系,采用溶液聚合制备抗涂鸦用硅丙乳液,研究重要组分对乳液合成及抗涂鸦性能的影响。结果表明:过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)以作用乳液聚合状态;Silok 3572以增减漆膜表面硅氧烷的富集量:EGDMA以作用分子链间的酯化度;HEMA与异氰酸酯以协调作用固化效果等影响抗涂鸦性,通过对各组分进行量化分析并优化后制得热储稳定、耐擦拭、高防污性的硅丙乳液。
Preparation and Properties of Silicone-modified Acrylic Resins for Graffiti Resistance
In order to investigate the effect of silicone and crosslinking system on the graffiti resistance of acrylic resin,the present study was carried out by using silicone Silok 3572 as the modifier,ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA)as the internal crosslinking system,and hydroxyl group introduced from hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA)and isocyanate crosslinking agent WinWin ET 3655 as the outcrosslinking system,and the solution polymerization to prepare silicone-propylene emulsion for graffiti resistance was used.Solution polymerization was used to prepare silicone-propylene emulsions for graffiti resistance,and the effects of important components on emulsion synthesis and graffiti resistance were investigated.The results show that:benzoyl peroxide(BPO)to play a role in the state of emulsion polymerization;Silok 3572 to increase or decrease the amount of siloxane enrichment on the surface of the paint film;EGDMA to play a role in the degree of branching between the molecular chain;HEMA and isocyanate to coordinate with the role of the effect of the curing of the graffiti resistance,etc.,and the quantitative analysis of the components and optimization of the silicone-propylene emulsions were produced with heat-storage stability,resistance to abrasion test,and high antifouling properties.The silicone-propylene emulsion with high antifouling property was produced through quantitative analysis and optimization of each component.
