航空燃料全自动微量冰点检测应用研究

本研究对自动冰点倾点凝点测定仪的冰点工作参数进行优化,通过自动冰点测量与手动测量所得的结果进行对比,考察仪器曝光值,浑浊出现阈值,浑浊消失阈值,浑浊阈值,循环干燥时间和预热时间对结果的影响,找到航空燃料冰点测定的最佳条件为:曝光值:35,浑浊出现阈值:40,浑浊消失阈值:10,浑浊阈值:50,循环干燥时间:60 s,预热时间:60 s.在该条件下对已知航空燃料样品重复测定5次,标准偏差小于0.5,测量误差小于 0.8℃.
Research on the Application of Automatic Trace Freezing Point Detection of Aviation Fuel
This study optimizes the freezing point working parameters of automatic freezing point,pour point and condensation point meter.The working parameters of aviation fuels freezing point meter optimized by comparing the results obtained with the method of manual measurement.The parameters influencing the determination results as:the exposure value,turbidity appearance threshold,turbidity disappears threshold,the turbidity threshold size,the cyclic drying time and preheating time.The final conditions for the determination of aviation fuel freezing point were found as follows:exposure value:35,turbidity occurrence threshold:40,turbidity disappearance threshold:10,turbidity threshold:50,cyclic drying time:60 s,and preheating time:60 s.Under these conditions,the samples were measured,The test was repeated five times with a standard deviation less than 0.5 The quantity error was less than 0.8℃.
