摘要

本研究以益生乳酸菌为发酵菌种,以多糖含量为指标,考察种子液培养时间、接种量、pH调控、培养时间、菌体破碎超声功率、超声时间等关键参数,确定最佳的发酵提取工艺.通过酶解、加热去除大分子多肽、乙醇沉淀制备乳酸菌多糖,并进行体外功效测试,具体包括ABTS实验、DPPH、酪氨酸酶抑制实验和保湿实验.将发酵提取的原料,制备成不同剂型的产品,以探索原料在不同剂型产品中的应用,并对产品的稳定性、安全性和功效性进行评估,确定在化妆品配方中的最佳添加浓度和应用范围.

Abstract

This study used probiotic lactic acid bacteria as the fermentation strain and polysaccharide content as the indicator to investigate key parameters such as seed liquid cultivation time,inoculation amount,pH regulation,cultivation time,ultrasonic power for bacterial fragmentation,and ultrasonic time,in order to determine the optimal fermentation extraction process.Lactic acid bacteria polysaccharides were prepared by enzymatic hydrolysis,heating to remove macromolecular peptides,ethanol precipitation,and in vitro efficacy testing,including ABTS experiment,DPPH,tyrosinase inhibition experiment,and moisturizing experiment.Prepare raw materials extracted through fermentation into products of different dosage forms to explore the application of raw materials in different dosage forms,and evaluate the stability,safety,and efficacy of the products to determine the optimal concentration and application range in cosmetic formulas.
