摘要

制药行业废气成分复杂,且随着制药种类和工艺而变化,废气大体包括恶臭气体、无机废气和有机废气,具有排放量大,浓度相对较低的特点,对环境造成较大破坏和污染,对人类健康形成威胁.本文分析阐述了不同制药行业废气种类、废气组分的危害以及对治理过程造成的难题,总结了目前较常见的治理工艺,并对其中存在的问题进行分析,最后对制药废气治理技术的发展方向进行了探讨.

Abstract

The composition of waste gas from pharmaceutical industry is complex and varies with the type and process of pharmaceutical industry.The waste gas generally includes odor gas,inorganic waste gas and organic waste gas,which has the characteristics of large emission and relatively low concentration,causing great damage and pollution to the environment and posing a threat to human health.This paper analyzes and describes the different pharmaceutical industry waste gas types,the hazards of waste gas components and the problems caused by the governance process,summarizes the more common governance process,and analyzes the problems that exist therein,and finally discusses the direction of the development of pharmaceutical waste gas treatment technology.
