市政污泥干化过程臭气分质收集处理的工程实例

为有效解决市政污泥干化臭气难处理和投资高的问题,采用了分质方式收集处理了南方某市市政污水处理厂内污泥干化系统 80000 m3/h的臭气.本文介绍了工程背景、工艺流程、核心设备设计、设备运行效果、工程投资和运行成本.运行结果表明,高浓度除臭系统运行风量平均为41439 m3/h,低浓度除臭系统运行风量平均为40922 m3/h,此外,高、低浓度除臭系统排放满足厂界无组织排放标准和有组织排放标准.总建设费用约为 1200 万元~1500 万元,每万方风量(规模)每小时运行成本约为 20 元~23 元左右.该系统整体处理效果良好,并且运行稳定,因此可为其他市政污泥干化除臭系统提供参考.
An Engineering Example of Deodorization for Municipal Sludge Drying System by Quality Separation Method
In order to effectively solve the problems of difficult control and high investment of municipal sludge drying odor,we adopted a method of quality separation,collected and efficiently controlled 80,000 m3/h odor pollutants of sludge drying system from a city in Southern China.This essay introduces the project background,process flow,the core equipment design,equipment operation effect,project investment and operation cost.The operation results showed that the average operating air volume of the high-concentration deodorization was 41439 m3/h,and 40,922 m3/h for the low-concentration deodorization.In addition,the high and low concentration deodorization emission met both the unit border fugitive and the organized emissions standard.The total construction cost was about 15~17 million yuan,and the operation cost was about 20~23(yuan/h)/(m3/h).Overall,the controlling system has good controlling effect on the odor pollutants of sludge drying system,and the system has steady operation,which can provide a reference for other deodorization for sludge drying system.
