Research on the Treatment of Black and Odorous Water by Response Surface Methodology
Taking actual black and odorous water as samples, the operating parameters of coagulation method for treating black and odorous water were optimized by response surface methodology(RSM),Based on the BBD design principle,17 experimental schemes of response surface were designed,The results showed that the order of the effects of three factors on COD removal rate was PAC>PAM>pH,When the dosage of PAC was 109.85 mg/L,the dosage of PAM was 1.17 mg/L,and the pH value was 6.84,the maximum COD removal rate predicted value was 60.30%.Then,under the optimized operating parameters, five groups of parallel experiments were conducted, and the average COD removal rate was 57.14%,with a relative deviation of 3.16%from the predicted value, which verified the model.
