摘要

本论文研制的鸡肉粉中氯霉素、甲砜霉素、氟苯尼考和氟苯尼考胺标准物质,以阳性鸡胸肉为原材料,经过冲洗除杂后,使用绞肉破壁机将鸡胸肉粉碎和匀质、添加防腐剂均质和匀浆后冷冻干燥、过80目筛后混匀,在洁净干燥条件下以PE塑料袋外套铝塑复合袋真空封装.均匀性验证合格后采用60Co-γ射线辐照灭菌冷冻保存.标准样品的均匀性和稳定性良好,在-18℃下冰箱有效期达24个月.多家实验室通过标准GB 31658.20-2022同位素内标-液相色谱-串联质谱法进行联合定值.可作为实验室酰胺醇类兽药残留检测用质控样品,并推广应用于快检产品评价、能力验证考核、方法验证等各个领域.

Abstract

The CRM of chloramphenicol,thiamphenicol,florfenicol and florfenicolamine in chicken powder developed in this paper taken positive chicken breast meat as raw materials.After washing and removing impurities,the chicken breast meat is pulverized and homogenized by using a meat mincing machine,adding preservative homogenization and homogenization,freeze-drying,and mixed after 80 mesh screening.Under clean and dry conditions,PE plastic bag with aluminum-plastic composite bag is vacuumized.After the uniformity verification was qualified,60co-γ-ray irradiation sterilization and freezing storage were adopted.The CRM.had good uniformity and stability,and is valid for 24 months at-18℃.Multiple laboratories conducted joint calibration using the standard GB 31658.20-2022 isotope internal standard liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method.It can be used as the quality control sample for the detection of aminoalcohol veterinary drug residues in the laboratory,and can be popularized and applied in various fields such as product evaluation,capability verification and method verification.
