Solid Waste Treatment and Disposal course has the problems of outdated experimental teaching content and a single form of experimentation.This paper undertakes reforms and explorations of the experimental teaching components of this course by introducing the"Industry-University-Research Competition"teaching concept,focusing on teaching objectives,teaching philosophy,teaching methods,and teaching content.A novel experimental course system,experimental teaching format and experimental project content design has been reconstructed.In the process of experimental teaching,course teaching is organically combined with production practice,teachers'scientific research and disciplinary competitions to enhance and enrich the connotation of experimental teaching,which is of great significance to the cultivation of application-oriented innovative talents.
