实施面向核心素养的课程内容设计与变革,是新时期大学课程实现立德树人目标的重要手段.高等师范专业课程中,实施面向核心素养的教学改革实践,有利于师范生素养培养和未来发展.有机化学课程实践中,通过"生活中的有机分子"、有机化学史料、研究模型与研究策略、项目式分享课堂等内容,建构课程教学的多样性内容,开展核心素养的培养工作.这些教学实践,面向未来教师的人文精神与积淀、科学精神、社会责任、探索与创新精神、探究能力、文献信息能力和展示能力,并结合课程考核方式变革,实现学生核心素养的培养.这些课程实践,为师范学生的职业发展提供养分.
The Teaching Practice of Organic Chemistry in Pedagogical Education:Oriented to Key Competencies
In the course of organic chemistry for normal education,it is an important means to design and reform the course content to realize the goal of"foster character and civic virtue"in the new era under the view of the key competencies.This paper collated the diverse teaching contents of organic chemistry courses to achieve the cultivation of students'key competencies.These teaching contents included humanistic spirit,scientific spirit,social responsibility,innovation spirit,exploration ability,literature-tracking ability and presentation skills through contents such as Organic Molecules in Life,historical materials,research models and methods,and project-based sharing class.The cultivation of these qualities provides nutrients for the career development of normal students.
