摘要
为达到应用型创新型人才的培养目标,进行了药剂学实验教学改革和实验室建设.通过建立药剂学实验课程思政案例库、开设新剂型实验、增加教学方法、丰富教学资源、初步建立科研平台、增购新仪器、加强安全管理和绿色实验室建设等方法,使得本课题组老师对培养目标更加明确,同时提升了学生的专业素养,增强了学生对本专业的应用性创新性能力.
Abstract
In order to achieve the goal of cultivating application-oriented innovative talents,the experimental teaching reform and laboratory construction of pharmacy were carried out.Through the establishment of the ideological and political case database of the pharmacy laboratory course,the opening of novel dosage form experiments,the increase of teaching methods,the enrichment of teaching resources,the initial establishment of scientific research platforms,the purchase of new instruments,the strengthening of safety management and the construction of green laboratories,etc.The educators of this research group have been more clear about the training objectives,and at the same time,the professional quality of students has been improved.It also enhances students'application and innovation talent in this major.
