In the universities of traditional Chinese medicine,the experimental teaching of Medical Microbiology is not only an important bridge between theoretical knowledge and practice,but also as an important way to cultivate medical students'scientific research innovation ability.An interdisciplinary comprehensive experimental teaching course aiming at the cultivation of scientific research innovation ability was designed,mainly introducing the current situation,teaching status,teaching objectives,and teaching design of experimental teaching.The course is composed of basic validation experiments and interdisciplinary comprehensive experiments.The interdisciplinary comprehensive experiment takes"bacteria sensitivity test to antibiotics"as an example,following the basic ideas and methods of"antibiotics discovery-structure elucidation-drug sensitivity test",covering multidisciplinary key experimental techniques and related theoretical knowledge.At the same time,it provides students with a large space for innovation,which is conducive to establish good thinking and habits for scientific research,and provide students with relatively complete scientific research training to lay the foundation for cultivating qualified innovative talents in traditional Chinese medicine.
