摘要

安息香缩合反应作为一个发展较为成熟的反应,已经被广泛运用于化学工业中.该实验以苯甲醛为原料,维生素 B1 作为催化剂,在pH=9~10、乙醇和 70℃恒温水浴条件下,苯甲醛经缩合产生安息香.利用薄层色谱法(TLC)监测反应和反应液的核磁共振氢谱定量分析产率.本实验通过红外光谱、气质联用仪、核磁共振氢谱、碳谱对产物图谱的分析,使学生更深刻地理解有机化学、仪器分析等课程所学的波谱理论知识.

Abstract

Benzoin condensation reaction,as a mature reaction,has been widely used in chemical industry.Benzoin was produced by condensation of benzaldehyde with benzaldehyde as raw material and vitamin B1 as catalyst under the condition of pH=9~10,ethanol and 70℃constant temperature water bath.Thin-layer chromatography(TLC)was used to monitor the reaction and quantitative analysis of the yield of the reaction liquid by NMR hydrogen spectrometry.In this experiment,through the analysis of product spectra by infrared spectrum,GC-MS,1H NMR spectrum and 13C NMR spectrum,students can understand more deeply the theoretical knowledge of spectrum learned in organic chemistry and instrumental analysis courses.
