隔膜是锂离子电池的重要组成部分,不仅为锂离子提供了穿梭通道,同时将正负极隔开,避免两者直接接触发生短路的作用。隔膜的性能对锂离子电池的电化学性能和安全性能有着重要影响。如何将隔膜的理化性能与锂离子电池的电化学关联起来是行业研究的重点工作。本文围绕实际应用场景,研究了隔膜特性对锂离子电池的高、低温性能的影响,并建立了隔膜特性与锂离子电池性能的对应关系,为隔膜的选型和改性提供参考和指导作用。
Study on the Effect of Separator on the Performance of Lithium-ion Battery
Separator is an important part of the Lithium-ion battery,not only provides shuttle channels,but also separates cathode and anode electrodes,to avoid direct contact between the two parts.The performance of the separator has an important effect on the electrochemical performance of Lithium-ion batteries.How to correlate the physical and chemical properties of the separator with the performance of Lithium-ion batteries is an important work in the field.This manuscript focuses on practical application scenarios,studies the effects of separator characteristics on the high and low temperature performance of Lithium-ion batteries,and establishes the corresponding relationship between the characteristics of the separator and the performance of Lithium-ion batteries,which can provide a reference and guidance for the selection and modification of the separator.
