高性能量子点光学扩散板的制备及性能研究

采用ABS树脂与CdSe量子点、发泡剂等熔融共混挤出,制备了一系列ABS发泡量子点扩散板,考察了量子点含量对该光学扩散板的物理性能的影响。结果表明:随着量子点含量的增加,光学扩散板的冲击强度、热变形温度、透光率、水氧阻隔性能、老化性能均有所降低,而雾度和亮度提高。因此可通过调节量子点含量来制备具有不同物理和光学性能的ABS量子点扩散板,以满足不同的应用场合的需要。
Preparation and Performance Study of High Performance ABS Quantum Dot Optical Diffusion Plate
A series of ABS foam quantum dot diffusion plates were prepared by melt blending and extrusion of ABS resin with CdSe quantum dots,foaming agents,etc.The effect of quantum dot content on the physical properties of the optical diffusion plate was investigated.The results show that with the increase of quantum dot content,the impact strength,thermal deformation temperature,transmittance,water oxygen barrier performance,and aging performance of the optical diffusion plate all decrease,while the haze and brightness increase.Therefore,ABS quantum dot diffusion plates with different physical and optical properties can be prepared by adjusting the quantum dot content to meet the needs of different application scenarios.
