The Effect of AEP on Cytoskeleton was Investigated based on PIK-75
Asparaginyl endopeptidase(AEP)is highly expressed in tumor cells and plays a crucial role.PIK-75,as an inhibitor,is capable of inducing apoptosis and demonstrates certain advantages in the treatment of tumors. After administering PIK-75 to tumor cells,we verified the alteration in the protein content of AEP via the Western Blot experiment.Given the key role of the cytoskeleton in tumor proliferation and migration,on the basis of the decreased protein quantity of AEP,we conducted immunofluorescence staining of the cytoskeleton on tumor cells to validate the impact of PIK-75 on the morphology of the cytoskeleton when the amount of AEP protein was reduced.
