摘要
目的:研究洁净区常用的两种过氧乙酸消毒剂对不同微生物的消毒效果.方法:采用悬液和载体浸泡定量杀菌试验以及现场表面喷雾消毒效果试验,观察两种过氧乙酸消毒剂的消毒效力.结果:两种消毒剂分别作用10 min、5 min,对悬液和不同载体上的金黄色葡萄球菌(Sa)、铜绿假单胞菌(Pa)、大肠埃希菌(Ec)、枯草芽孢杆菌(芽孢)(Bs)、白念珠菌(Ca),黑曲霉(An)的杀灭对数值均≥5.00;对洁净区域现场喷雾消毒后,所有样本表面均未检出自然菌.结论:本研究所选的两种过氧乙酸消毒剂对受试指示微生物及物体表面的自然菌,具有良好的杀菌效果,可为业内洁净区日常消毒操作提供一种选择.
Abstract
Objective:To study the disinfection effect of two peroxyacetic acid disinfectants commonly used in clean areas on different microorganisms.Methods:Suspension and carrier immersion quantitative germicidal test and on-site surface spray disinfection effect test was used to observe the disinfection efficacy of two peracetic acid disinfectants.Results:The logarithm of killing Staphylococcus aureus(SA),Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA),Escherichia coli(EC),Bacillus subtilis(BS),Candida albicans(CA)and Aspergillus niger(an)on suspension and different carriers were≥5.00 after the two disinfectants acted for 10min and 5min respectively;After spraying and disinfecting the clean area on site,no natural bacteria were detected on the surface of all samples.Conclusion:The two peracetic acid disinfectants selected in this study have good bactericidal effects on the tested indicator microorganisms and natural bacteria on the surface of objects,and can provide an option for daily disinfection operations in clean areas in the industry.
