目的:采用Box-Benhnken响应面结合信息熵理论优选薏苡败酱汤提取工艺.方法:在单因素实验基础之上,采用响应面实验结合信息熵权重原理,以绿原酸、丹酚酸B和丹皮酚含量及出膏率综合评分M为评价指标,以加水倍数、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,优选薏苡败酱汤的提取工艺.结果:最佳提取工艺为:加水倍数为9.8倍、提取时间为118 min、提取次数为 2 次.验证试验结果显示,验证值与预测值综合得分相差在5%范围内,相关性良好.结论:响应面法所建模型准确,较好地预测了 3种成分及出膏率评分;薏苡败酱汤优选工艺简便可行,精确度和稳定性良好,可为薏苡败酱汤规模化大生产提供参考.
Optimization of Extraction Technology of Yiyibaijiang Decoction by Box-Benhnken Response Surface Methodology and Information Entropy Theory
Objective:To optimization of Extraction Technology of Yiyibaijiang decoction by Box-Benhnken Response Surface Methodology and Information Entropy Theory.Methods:On the basis of single factor experiment,response surface method combined with information entropy theory was used to calculate the comprehensive index(M),with the amount of water,extraction time and extraction times as the important influencing factors,and the contents of chlorogenic acid,Salvianolic acid B,paeonol and the paste rate were used as evaluation indexes.In order to optimize the extraction technology of Yiyibaijiang decoction.Results:The optimized extraction process was as follows:the decoction pieces were added 9.8 times of water,soaked for 118 min,extracted 2 times,validation experiment showed that the predicted total comprehensive score was within 5%of the actual measured value,indicating a good correlation.Conclusionsl:The response surface methodology model is accurate and can predict the three components and the yield of the cream,it can provide a reference for large-scale production of Yiyibaijiang decoction.
