摘要
本文针对重氮化工艺安全生产过程中存在的风险因素进行分析,并提出了相应的管理对策.通过对重氮化的原料、设备、原料和操作等方面的风险识别,总结了各环节存在的风险隐患,并在此基础上,提出了采取原料的储存管理、工艺设计和改进、人员管理、自动化控制与监测系统控制和应急响应等措施,企业可以降低重氮化工艺安全生产风险,保障员工的健康与安全.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the risk factors existing in the safe production process of diazotisation process and proposes corresponding management countermeasures.By identifying the risks of raw materials,equipment,raw materials and operation of diazotisation,summarizing the risks and hidden dangers existing in each link,and on this basis,proposing the adoption of measures such as storage management of raw materials,process design and improvement,personnel management,automated control and monitoring the system control and emergency response,the enterprise can reduce the risk of safe production of diazotisation process and protect the health and safety of employees.
