钢铁冶炼产生大量含Zn粉尘,其中高炉灰、电炉炼钢粉尘等污染严重、治理难度大,如果能合理资源化处置该类Zn粉尘固废,既能减轻环境的污染,又能实现Zn、Fe资源循环利用,满足我国钢铁产业绿色低碳发展要求.含Zn粉尘资源利用技术和产业化应用较广泛的有回转窑和转底炉工艺富集得到粗 ZnO,然后使用化学方法完成精炼,新型高效节能的资源化利用技术和装备是未来产业升级的关键.
Current Status of Efficient Resource Utilization and Industrialization of Zinc Dust in Steel Plants
Steel smelting generates a large amount of zinc containing dust,among which blast furnace ash,electric furnace steelmaking dust and other zinc containing dust waste are seriously polluted and difficult to treat.Efficient and resourceful disposal of such lead and zinc solid waste resources can not only reduce environmental pollution,but also achieve the recycling of zinc and iron,meeting the requirements of green steel industry development.The utilization technology and industrial application of solid waste resources containing Zn are widely used,including the enrichment of ZnO through rotary kiln and rotary hearth furnace process,followed by chemical refining.Efficient and energy-saving resource utilization technology and equipment are the key to future industrial upgrading.
