Research on the Treatment of Radioactive Wastewater in Urban Nuclear Medicine
With the development of urban medicine, the amount of other radioactive drugs used for nuclear medicine testing and treatment is increasing, leading to a sharp increase in the amount of radioactive wastewater generated in urban nuclear medicine, which poses significant radiation safety risks to the urban ecological environment. This article establishes a model of Containing 131I radioactive wastewater treatment facilities and conducts radiation field simulation to achieve accurate monitoring of the radiation level in the surrounding environment. At the same time, through the verification of the radioactivity measurement method of nuclear medicine wastewater, the aim is to improve the accuracy and reliability of radioactive wastewater detection and propose optimization suggestions for the comprehensive performance of the operating radioactive wastewater treatment facilities.
