Determination of Nitrosamines in Drinking Water by Solid Phase Extraction Gas Chromatography/Tandem Mass Spectrometry
In recent years, nitrogen containing disinfection by-products have been widely recognized due to their high genetic and viral properties.Typical N-DBPs haloacetonitrile and nitrosamines(NAs)have been included in drinking water quality standards by multiple countries or organizations. In order to accurately detect nitrosamine compounds in drinking water, this study used solid-phase extraction to treat drinking water and determined 8 nitrosamine compounds in drinking water using gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.By optimizing the solid-phase extraction conditions and the analysis and determination conditions of the gas chromatography-mass spectrometer, the method was optimized good linearity within the range of 25 μg/L~625 μg/L.The detection limit and quantification limit are 1.44 ng/L~4.20 ng/L,respectively.The blank water sample was not detected, and the recovery rate of water sample spiking was 81.3%~114%.The precision and accuracy of the method are good. This optimization method is applicable for the detection of 8 common nitrosamine compounds in drinking water.
