Detection of Dibenzothiazole Disulfide in Cefdinir Granules
Objective:To establish an analysis method for the determination of dibenzothiazole disulfide in cefdinirgraunles.Methods:HPLC method was used with methol:water=80:20 as mobile phase,column temperature of 35℃,detection wavelength of 275 nm.Results:Within the detection range,dibenzothiazole disulfide had a good linear relationship(r=0.9994),good precision(RSD of 2.7%,n=6),average recovery of 99.4%(RSD of 2.0%,n=9),and good solution stability at 25℃for 24 hours.Conclusion:As a detection method,HPLC has high sensitivity and strong specificity,and can be used for the determination of dibenzothiazole disulfide in cefdinir granules.
