Analysis on Evaluation Methods for Nourishing Effects of Body Care Products
Objective:To explore the feasibility of non-invasive evaluation of the nourishing efficacy of body lotion.Methods:Thirty female volunteers with rough and dehydration leg skin were screened as research subjects,used body lotion with nourishing raw materials for 28 days.Measured the skin moisture,skin glossiness and skin roughness after using 14 and 28 days.The results showed that compared with before using the product,moisture and roughness of the skin were significantly improved after 14 days of use;skin moisture,skin glossiness and skin roughness were significantly improved after 28 days of use,which proved that the these three parameters,skin moisture,skin glossiness and skin roughness could effectively characterize the nourishing effect of the product.Conclusion:The skin moisture,glossiness and roughness of stratum corneum are effective methods to clinically evaluate the nourishing efficacy of body care products.
