Determination of Ammonium Sulfate Content in Nickel Plating Solution by Potentiometric Titration
The conventional determination method of ammonium sulfate is complicated and has high risk factor.Based on the characteristics of potentiometric titration,a potentiometric titration method for the determination of ammonium sulfate in nickel plating solution was established.The samples were treated and titrated using a sodium hydroxide standard solution.By comparing formaldehyde method and potentiometric titration method,the ammonium sulfate content of different samples was determined,and the results showed that there was no significant difference between potentiometric titration and formaldehyde method.Potentiometric titration method to determine the ammonium sulfate content in nickel plating solution,the method has strong anti-interference ability,good stability,high precision,green environmental protection,and easy to control.
