Application of Biorefining Technology in the Teaching of Lignocellulosic Chemistry:A Case Study of'Hydrothermal Pretreatment to Enhance Enzymatic Hydrolysis of Wheat Stalk'
Lignocellulosic chemistry mainly studies the biological structure,chemical composition,and physicochemical properties of lignocellulosic materials.With the continuous renewal of scientific research technology,biorefining technology has shown excellent advantages in the utilization of lignocellulosic materials.Lignocellulose can be converted into various biobased platform compounds through biorefining,which not only improves the economic value of fiber raw materials,but also is expected to become a substitute for petroleum energy in the future.Therefore,this course deepens students'understanding of lignocellulosic chemistry,clarifies the research background of students studying lignocellulosic chemistry,and cultivates students'interest in future scientific research through the implementation of clean and eco-friendly hydrothermal pretreatment technology and cellulase hydrolysis experiment on wheat stalk.
