二氧化碳(CO2)是重要的温室气体,同时也是理想的C1资源.将CO2作为羧酸源引入到重要的分子中,可以实现变废为宝,合成高附加值的精细化学品.传统的《有机化学实验》侧重于利用简单的有机合成反应提升学生基础实验的操作能力,但是无法紧跟社会的需求.本文以简单易得的溴苯为原料,原位生成高活性的苯基格氏试剂,并与 CO2 反应制备苯甲酸.该实验设计探究了格氏试剂的制备方法并作为亲核试剂与亲电的CO2 反应制备苯甲酸,促进学生对格氏试剂和CO2 性质的了解和掌握,为社会发展培养合格的"双碳"人才.
Teaching Reform of Organic Chemistry Experiment Course under the"Dual Carbon"Background:A Case of the Preparation of Benzoic Acid by Phenyl Reagent with CO2
Carbon dioxide(CO2)is an important greenhouse gas and also an ideal C1 source.By using CO2 as a carboxylic acid source and incorporating it into significant molecules,we can turn waste into treasure and synthesize high-value fine chemicals.Traditional organic chemistry experiments focus on utilizing simple organic synthesis reactions to enhance students'basic experimental skills but often fail to keep pace with societal demands.This paper presents an experiment using readily available bromobenzene as a starting material to generate highly reactive phenyl grignard reagent,which then reacts with CO2 to produce benzoic acid.The experimental design explores the preparation method of Grignard reagents and acts as nucleophiles in reactions with electrophilic CO2 to synthesize benzoic acid.This promotes students'understanding and mastery of the properties of Grignard reagents and CO2,thereby cultivating qualified"dual carbon"talents for society.
