摘要
溶解有机物(DOM)在海洋、陆地和大气系统中发挥着核心作用,是地球生物地球化学循环的重要组成部分.本研究集中在滨海城市大气湿沉降的DOM特性,旨在通过元素和光谱分析,深入探究其对大气化学教学的实际应用.通过结合理论学习和实验操作,本课程设计不仅帮助学生理解DOM的科学意义,还提升了他们的实验技能和数据分析能力.
Abstract
Dissolved organic matter(DOM)plays a pivotal role in the marine,terrestrial,and atmospheric systems and is a crucial component of the Earth's biogeochemical cycles.This study focuses on the characteristics of DOM in the atmospheric wet deposition of coastal cities,aiming to explore its practical applications in atmospheric chemistry teaching through elemental and spectroscopic analysis.By integrating theoretical learning and experimental operations,this course design not only helps students understand the scientific significance of DOM but also enhances their experimental skills and data analysis capabilities.
