Study on the Binding Force of Permanent Magnetic Material Matrix and Galvanized Layer
The binding force between the surface protective coating and the substrate of the rare earth permanent magnet material affects the anti-corrosion ability of the coating, and can make the performance of the material fail in serious cases.Especially for small size products, due to abnormal binding force between coating and substrate,it directly leads to material scrap.According to the literature search, many methods have been reported to improve the binding force between coating and substrate, and most of them meet the binding force requirements by optimizing the pretreatment process. In this paper, the surface protection technology of rare earth permanent magnet used in electroacoustic field is studied by comparing the process, optimizing the pretreatment method and adopting double zinc process. The experiment shows that the binding force between the coating and the rare-earth permanent magnet material substrate can be ensured by adding appropriate amount of corrosion inhibitor to the pre-treated acid-washing solution and controlling the suitable temperature, which can meet the actual production requirements.
