Effect of Pd Concentration on the Silver Purity in the Process of Electrolysis
The preparation of 99.99％silver powder was studied by electrolytic refining from crude silver containing palladium.The factors such as impurities content in crude silver,impurity concentration in electrolyte,and amount of palladium purification reagent in mother liquor on the purity of silver powder product were investigated.The results indicate that under the optimal experimental conditions,the palladium in the anode and mother liquor has no effect on the silver powder quality produced by electrolysis.
