摘要

选用银系抗菌剂以一定比例掺入PP-R材料中,并检测其对金黄色葡萄球菌及大肠杆菌的抑菌效果.通过对比不同生产商、不同造粒工艺和不同添加比例的银系抗菌剂对PP-R材料抗菌效果的影响,确定最佳的添加比例为 5%的一次造粒即可.且样品在经过不同热处理后其抗菌性能保持不变,表现出了银系抗菌材料优异的热稳定性.

Abstract

The silver-based antibacterial agent was mixed into the PP-R material in a certain proportion,and its antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was tested.By comparing the effects of different suppliers,granulating process and appending proportion of silver antibacterial agent on PP-R materials,it is determined that the best addition ratio is 5%for one-time granulation.And the antibacterial performance of the sample remains unchanged after different heat treatments,showing the excellent thermal stability of the silver-based antibacterial material.
