Synthesis and Characterization of Semi-Aromatic Nylon 6I/6T
This article uses hexamethylene diamine, meta phthaloyl chloride, and para phthaloyl chloride as raw materials to prepare poly(meta phthaloyl/para phthaloyl)pentane diamine copolymers(PA6I/6T)through interface polymerization pre polymerization+solid-phase condensation method. The structure of the copolymer was confirmed using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, and its viscosity was tested using a Ubbelohde viscometer.Based on this, the thermal decomposition temperature and degradation kinetics of the copolymer were analyzed using a thermogravimetric analyzer. The results showed that the relative viscosity of the copolymer was 1.429;The temperature of thermal decomposition is 5%,and the maximum temperature of thermal degradation rate gradually increases with the increase of heating rate; Its thermal degradation mechanism function type is D2(Two-dimensional diffusion, valensi equation).
