Under the same design formula, the effects of different feeding speeds and feeding methods on polyurethane prepolymer and polyurethane elastomers were studied. The results showed that there was a little difference in the maximum exothermic temperature of the material in the kettle between one rapid feeding and two intermittent feeding; The NCO values of the obtained prepolymer showed no significant difference; The free TDI content of the prepolymer obtained by the two intermittent feeding processes is lower and the viscosity is more uniform; The prepolymer formed by the reaction of two intermittent feeding processes has higher tear strength in the cured elastomer.
