TCM extraction is an important part of Chinese patent medicine production and the key process to separating the effective ingredients of Chinese herbal medicine.The whole production process of TCM extraction is sealed and connected with all production equipment by pipes.If improper control,abnormal conditions such as microorganisms of TCM extract exceeds the standard,which may cause adverse effects on the final product.This paper analyzes and studies the possible causes of microorganisms exceeding the standard in the extraction process of traditional Chinese medicine,and puts forward the key points and measures of operation control,so as to reduce the breeding of extract microorganisms and ensure the quality of the product.
