A Study on the Efficacy of a Combination of Yeast Lysate Products and Peptide in Serum
In this study,a serum with multifunctional skin efficacy was prepared by compounding specific levels of bifida ferment lysate, palmitoyl tripeptide-1 and palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7.The skin efficacy of the serum was evaluated by constructing a mouse macrophage inflammation model,HaCaT human immortalized epidermal cell scratch experiment, zebrafish eln1,eln2 gene relative expression test and facial anti-wrinkle efficacy human evaluation experiment. The results of the anti-inflammatory efficacy experiment showed that 0.1%~0.3%concentration of the serum can significantly reduce the release of IL-6 inflammatory factors, showing soothing and anti-inflammatory efficacy;the results of the in vitro cell scratch assessments showed that,0.2%concentration of the serum can promote the migration of the human epidermal cells within 48 h,revealing the efficacy of the skin barrier repair;zebrafish eln1,eln2 gene relative expression test data show that 0.25%or more concentration of the serum can significantly increase the relative expression of elastin genes, showing firming effect. An 8-week human evaluation data of the anti-wrinkle efficacy of the serum was scientifically assessed using the Primos CR instrument, and it was found that the serum could significantly improve the appearance of fine lines and under-eye wrinkles.
