电网储能用锂离子电池LiFePO4材料的研究进展与标准化现状

锂离子电池是一种高能量密度的二次电池,具有使用寿命长、体积小、无记忆效应和倍率性能好的优点,是目前性能优良的电网储能器件.LiFePO4作为正极材料在锂离子电池中已实现大规模商用,但限于离子扩散率、电子导电性和振实密度均较低的缺点,亟需进行改性处理以提高LiFePO4 电池的电化学性能和储能能力.本工作基于LiFePO4的显微结构、构效关系和充放电机理的研究现状,结合离子掺杂、界面改性以及粒径和微观形貌调控等改性方法,较为系统地论述了近些年LiFePO4的研究进展.同时,本工作还研究了LiFePO4材料的标准化现状,以及标准化对产业发展的影响.
Research Progress and Standardization Status of LiFePO4 Materials for Lithium-ion Batteries used in Grid Energy Storage
Lithium-ion batteries,as a high performance and high energy density secondary battery are currently the main type of energy storage device in grid energy storage due to their advantages of long service life,small size,no memory effect,and good rate property.LiFePO4 has been widely commercialized as a cathode material in lithium ion batteries,but due to its low ion diffusion rate,electronic conductivity,and vibrational density,there is an urgent need for modification treatment to improve the electrochemical performance and energy storage capacity of LiFePO4 batteries.This work reviews the research progress on LiFePO4 based on the current research status of its microstructure,structure-property relationship,charge-discharge mechanism and modification methods including ions doping,interface modification,and particle size and microstructure control.Meanwhile,this work also studied the standardization status of LiFePO4 materials,and the impact of standardization of industrial development.
