试剂过硫酸钾中的氨氮含量影响测定水中总氮的关键因素.符合要求的进口试剂每公斤售价千元以上.本文综述过硫酸钾提纯技术发展现状,为该领域的进口替代研发提供参考.目前过硫酸钾的提纯方法大体包括物理纯化法、化学纯化法和电解法.物理纯化法包括溶解、冷却、结晶、干燥等工序.化学纯化法是从源头上去除过硫酸钾中的铵根离子,是嵌入物理纯化过程与之共同实现获得高纯过硫酸钾的方法.电解法则是一种一次性能获得 96%纯度的过硫酸钾,但和高纯过硫酸钾还有很大距离.因此,化学纯化法是一种更有创新和前景的纯化过硫酸钾方法.
Research Progress in Purification Technology of Potassium Persulfate
The ammonia nitrogen content in the reagent potassium persulfate is the key factor for the determination of total nitrogen in water.The imported reagent that meets the requirements is sold at more than one thousand RMB per kilogram.This paper summarizes the development status of potassium persulfate purification technology,providing reference for the research and development of import substitution in this purification field on potassium persulfate.At present,the purification of potassium persulfate can be generally divided into physical purification method,chemical purification method and electrolysis method.The physical purification method includes dissolution,cooling,crystallization,drying and other processes.The chemical purification method is to remove the ammonium ion from potassium persulfate,which is embedded in the physical purification process and achieves high purity potassium persulfate.The electrolysis method is a kind of potassium persulfate with a performance of 96%purity,but there is a great distance from high purity potassium persulfate.Therefore,the chemical purification method is a more innovative and promising method for the purification of potassium persulfate.
