本文分析了目前进行液体浓缩的实验室设备的原理及特点,提出采用实验室常用器具搭建多通道单独控制的组合装置,该组合装置能够方便地扩展样品通量并实现样品操作的单独控制.将该组合装置应用在土壤中半挥发性有机污染物的测试技术指标验证实验、二噁英和多氯联苯同位素标记内标的过程回收率实验,验证该组合装置能够取得满意的实验结果.
Self-built Multi Channel Device Combination with Control Separately for Large Volume Liquid Concentration
This article analyzes the principles and characteristics of laboratory equipment currently used for liquid concentration,and proposes the use of commonly used laboratory instruments and apparatuses to build a multi-channel combination with individual control.This combination can conveniently expand sample flux and achieve individual control of sample operations.The combination was applied to the validation experiment of semi volatile organic pollutants in soil,as well as the process recovery experiments of dioxin and polychlorinated biphenyl isotope labeled internal standards,confirming that the combination device can achieve satisfactory experimental results.
