摘要
国内不同区域垃圾热值变化较大,同时随着垃圾分类的开展,垃圾热值逐步提高趋势明显,有必要对不同热值的垃圾进行焚烧炉设计优化.基于上海某厂基本炉型,通过数值模拟,在再循环烟气量优化基础上,针对四种典型热值垃圾,分析燃烧温度、速度等参数分布,提出运行优化方案.同时针对不同热值垃圾,设计新炉型并完成仿真验证.
Abstract
The calorific value of garbage varies greatly in different regions of China,and with the development of garbage classification,the trend of garbage calorific value gradually increases.It is necessary to optimize the design of incinerators for garbage with different calorific values.Based on the basic furnace type of a certain factory in Shanghai,numerical simulation was conducted to optimize the amount of recycled flue gas.For four typical heat value garbage,the distribution of combustion temperature,speed and other parameters of garbage with different heat values was analyzed,and an operation optimization plan was proposed.At the same time,design a new furnace type and complete simulation verification for garbage with different calorific values.
