Design and Comparison of the Reducing Emissions Scheme for Circulating Cooling Wastewater in A Thermal Power Plant
In response to the environmental requirements for reducing emissions of circulating cooling wastewater in a certain gas-fired power plant, this article proposed two schemes for bypass reducing emissions:"bypass efficient softening"and"bypass efficient softening-deep membrane concentration-evaporation crystallization".Economic analysis was also conducted on these two schemes. The results showed that Scheme 1 owned the characteristics of succinct process, stable and reliable. It was suitable for the conditions allowing discharge. On the other hand,Scheme 2 had the advantages of high concentration ratio and achieving near-zero emissions, making it suitable for the situations with more stringent emissions standards and poor corrosion resistance of equipment.
