某焦化厂退役地块修复中异味近源排放的环境影响评估研究

近年来随着污染地块修复工程数量及体量的扩大,修复过程中二次污染尤其是异味问题越来越引起人们的关注,严重影响周边居民日常生活和身体健康.本文以某焦化厂退役地块修复工程为例,应用园区尺度大气烟羽扩散数值模型研究了修复项目工地及周边500 m×500 m 范围的异味近源排放对周边的环境影响.首先建立了目标区域地形地物分布的仿真模型和多种气象条件,如主导风向和近地面大气稳定度情景,继而给出了敏感异味气体在各典型气象情景下的扩散烟羽三维结构和排放扩散对于周边居民区的水平和垂直影响范围.进行了大气污染迁移扩散的日内变化特征分析并验证了对集中排放源进行有效排放高度调整和雾炮喷淋方案的预期效果;利用日间不同时刻垂直大气扩散强度变化的规律和周边居民区人类活动的时间规律,提出了较优的施工和排放强度时刻表的整改方案并进行数值仿真模拟评估,以提高异味防控措施的精准性和针对性.
Environmental Impact Assessment of Near Source Emission of Odors during the Remediation of Retired Coking Plant Sites
In recent years,with the expansion of the number and volume of remediation projects for contaminated sites,secondary pollution,especially odor issues,during the remediation process have attracted more and more attention,seriously affecting the daily life and physical health of surrounding residents.This article takes the remediation project of a retired coking plant as an example,and applies a numerical model of atmospheric plume diffusion at the park scale to study the environmental impact of odor near source emissions from the remediation project site and the surrounding 500 m×500 m range.Firstly,a simulation model for the distribution of terrain and features in the target area was established,along with various meteorological conditions such as dominant wind direction and near surface atmospheric stability scenarios.Subsequently,the three-dimensional structure of sensitive odor gas diffusion plumes and the horizontal and vertical impact range of emission diffusion on surrounding residential areas were presented under various typical meteorological scenarios.An analysis of the diurnal variation characteristics of atmospheric pollution migration and diffusion was conducted,and the expected effects of effective emission height adjustment and fog gun spraying scheme on centralized emission sources were verified;By utilizing the variation pattern of vertical atmospheric diffusion intensity at different times during the day and the temporal pattern of human activities in surrounding residential areas,an optimal rectification plan for construction and emission intensity schedule was proposed and evaluated through numerical simulation to improve the accuracy and pertinence of odor prevention and control measures.
