摘要
作为治疗男性性功能障碍的处方药,磷酸二酯酶5 抑制剂(PDE5i)和盐酸达泊西汀已在国内销售使用多年,近年来,该类药物在中成药中非法添加、药物制剂的制假售假情况屡见不鲜.本文介绍了药品中壮阳类药物成分检测方法研究情况,综述了理化分析法、紫外分光光度法、高效液相色谱法、色谱质谱联用法、光谱分析法等化学分析方法,以期为未来提高完善壮阳类药物标准提供参考,对于保障人们用药安全具有重要意义.
Abstract
As prescription drugs for the treatment of male sexual dysfunction,phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitors(PDE5i)and dapoxetine hydrochloride has been sold and used domestically for many years.In recent years,the illegal addition of these drugs in traditional Chinese medicine and the counterfeiting and selling of drug formulations have been frequently seen.This paper introduces the recent advancements in detection technology of aphrodisiac components in drugs,reviews the physical and chemical analysis methods,ultraviolet spectrophotometry,high-performance liquid chromatography,chromatography-mass spectrometry,and spectral analysis methods,in hopes of providing a reference for improving the standards of aphrodisiac drugs in the future,which is of great significance for ensuring people's medication safety.
