摘要

以添加二甲基亚砜(DMSO)的聚苯乙烯磺酸盐掺杂聚(3,4-乙撑二氧噻吩)(PEDOT:PSS)溶液为导电墨水,以滤纸做基底,采用滴涂法制备了导电纸电极.测试了导电纸电极在不同弯曲角度和循环弯曲下的导电性变化.将导电纸电极和聚乙烯醇/磷酸聚合物电解质组装制备了固态超级电容器.通过循环伏安、充放电以及弯曲测试对超级电容器性能进行了评估.该实验易操作且重复性好,不需要手套箱等复杂设备,学生在普通实验室就可以体验柔性储能器件的组装流程.

Abstract

Conductive paper electrodes are prepared by drop casting method using solution of PEDOT:PSS doped with dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)as conductive ink and filter paper as substrate.Conductivity changes of the conductive paper electrodes under different bending angles and cyclic bending are tested.Solid-state supercapacitors are assembled with conductive paper electrodes and polymer electrolyte of polyvinyl alcohol/phosphoric acid.The supercapacitors are evaluated by cyclic voltammetry,charge-discharge and bending tests.This experiment is easy to operate and has good repeatability,without the need for complex equipment such as glove box.Students can experience the fabrication process of flexible energy storage devices in a regular laboratory.
