Design of Paracetamol-Centred Comprehensive Pharmaceutical Experiment
Taking paracetamol as the study object,a comprehensive experiment including the synthesis,structural identification of paracetamol,preparation of paracetamol tablets,and determination of paracetamol in the prepared paracetamol tablets was designed.The combination of various disciplines such as medicinal chemistry,spectral analysis,pharmaceutics and pharmaceutical analysis into one comprehensive experiment can help to simulate drug production process and cultivate students'comprehensive quality and scientific research abilities.Additionally,this experiment can also help students to get a deeper understanding of the pharmaceutical industry,and inspire their interest of study.
