Practical Teaching in Pharmaceutical Analysis:Ultrasound Assisted Dispersed Liquid-liquid Microextraction Combined with High-performance Liquid Chromatography for the Determination of Benzene Series Compounds
Pharmaceutical analysis is a highly practical core course for undergraduate pharmacy majors. It flexibly integrates ideological and political elements with scientific research examples, gives full play to the synergistic effect of teaching and research and ideological and political education, enhances students'professional identity in knowledge dissemination,to realize the educational function of pharmaceutical analysis curriculum. The project design was carried out during sample pretreatment learning, and a combined method was established for rapid detection of four benzene series compounds.Parameters affecting the extraction efficiency were optimized, including the type and volume of extractant, the type and volume of dispersant. This experiment can not only exercise students'hands-on operation ability, promote the comprehensive collaborative development of teaching and research and curriculum ideology and politics,so as to cultivate scientific ability and improve scientific literacy.
