摘要
为研究热管理策略对电池系统温度及寿命的影响,本文以混动船舶为研究对象,搭建电芯等效电路模型计算电池系统产热,分析电池系统的组成结构,进行电池系统热模型的搭建,并对混动船舶的典型使用工况进行相应的测试仿真对标,基于热电耦合模型进行电池系统总成的热管理策略的制定,通过计算并对比静态策略和动态策略下电池系统的温度特性及寿命的影响,该研究对混动船舶电池系统的热策略研究提供方向.
Abstract
In order to investigate the effect of thermal management strategy on the temperature and life of battery system,this paper took hybrid ship as the research object,built the equivalent circuit model of battery cell to calculate the heat generation of cell,analyzed the composition structure of battery system,built the thermoelectric coupling model of battery system,and conducted corresponding test and simulation benchmarking for typical operating conditions of hybrid ship.Based on the thermoelectric coupling model,the thermal management strategy of the battery system is built.By calculating and comparing the influence of static strategy and dynamic strategy on temperature characteristic and life of battery system,this research method provides the direction for the thermal strategy research of the hybrid ship battery system.
