Research on the Charging Phenomenon of Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell Membrane in Scanning Electron Microscopy Images
Using the Zeiss Gemini 500 field emission scanning electron microscope to observe the charging status of proton exchange membrane fuel cell substrate membrane with poor conductivity before and after spray coating treatment, different secondary electron detectors were used to observe the image. The results show that in the inlens mode, even if the diaphragm is sprayed, the charging phenomenon is still significant; The images captured using SE2 mode, even without spray coating treatment, significantly reduce the charging phenomenon of the images.Analyzing the charging situation of images captured under different acceleration voltages and different lens shooting modes, the results show that as the acceleration voltage increases, the charging effect of the images becomes greater;Reducing the acceleration voltage can significantly reduce the charging phenomenon in the image. At an appropriate voltage, for diaphragm samples with poor conductivity, using the SE2 mode for photography can effectively eliminate the charging phenomenon in the image even without spray coating treatment.
