聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA)固体自润滑复合材料制备及性能研究

采用聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA)制备固体自润滑复合材料,通过差示扫描量热仪(DCS)、旋转流变-红外联用仪、摩擦磨损寿命试验,研究了PUA固化反应动力学行为,引发剂用量对PUA固化的影响及PUA固体自润滑复合材料的摩擦磨损性能.实验结果表明:PUA最佳固化工艺为采用分段加温固化,引发剂过氧化氢异丙苯(CHP)用量 0.2%最为合适.通过环氧树脂(EP)固体自润滑复合材料相比,PUA复合材料的平均磨损寿命为300.6 h,略低于EP的361.7 h,稳定性较差.综上,PUA用于固体自润滑复合材料是可行的,为新型的固体自润滑涂层材料的开发提供了重要的参考和指导.
Investigation of the Preparation and Properties of Polyurethane Acrylic Resin(PUA)Solid Self-lubricating Composite Material
A polyurethane acrylate(PUA)solid self-lubricating composite material was prepared with PUA resin.The curing reaction kinetics and the effect of initiator dosage of PUA,and the frictional wear property of PUA solid self-lubricating composite material were studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DCS),rotational rheology infrared spectrometer,and frictional wear life test.The results showed that segmented heating curing was the best curing process for PUA resin,and the amount of initiator cumene hydroperoxide(CHP)was 0.2%which was the most appropriate.In addition,compared with the epoxy resins(EP)solid self-lubricating compoite material,the average wear life of PUA solid self-lubricating composite material was 300.6 h,which was lower than that of EP solid self-lubricating composite material 361.7 h,and the stability was lower.To sum up,the use of PUA in solid self-lubricating composite materials is feasible,which providing important reference and guidance for the development of new solid self-lubricating coating materials.
