mPE和POE对PE薄膜性能的影响

聚乙烯薄膜由于加工工艺简单,热封性能良好,广泛地应用于复合包装领域。生产中常采用LDPE、LLDPE共混制备不同性能的PE薄膜。本论文考察了不同mPE和POE添加量对PE薄膜性能的影响。发现mPE对PE薄膜起封温度的影响不大,但POE可以迅速降低起封温度;mPE能大幅提高PE薄膜热封强度和热封粘度,而POE会降低薄膜的热封强度和热封粘度;mPE能改善PE薄膜夹杂物时的热封强度,而POE对此是负面的影响,要限制其使用量。同时,mPE和POE的加入能有效地改善PE薄膜透光率和雾度,而在力学性能上,mPE是可以改善,POE则是降低。当mPE添加量为 25%、POE添加量为10%时,PE薄膜的综合热封性能、光学性能和力学性能最佳。
The Influence of mPE and POE on the Performance of PE Film
Polyethylene film is widely used in the field of composite packaging due to its simple processing technology and good heat sealing performance.LDPE and LLDPE blends are commonly used in production to prepare PE films with different properties.This paper investigates the effects of different amounts of mPE and POE on the properties of PE films.It was found that mPE has little effect on the sealing temperature of PE film,but POE can quickly reduce the sealing temperature;mPE can significantly improve the heat sealing strength and viscosity of PE film,while POE can reduce the heat sealing strength and viscosity of the film;mPE can improve the heat sealing strength of PE film with inclusions,while POE has a negative impact on this and its usage should be limited.Meanwhile,the addition of mPE and POE can effectively improve the transmittance and haze of PE films,while in terms of mechanical properties,mPE can improve while POE can reduce.When the mPE addition amount is 25%and the POE addition amount is 10%,the comprehensive heat sealing performance,optical performance,and mechanical performance of the PE film is optimal.
